3. Purchase Contract
A sales contract is formed when you place an order and we send a notification accepting that order.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).

We may cancel a sales contract without prior notice if:
(a) You violate these Terms;
(b) Delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence;
(c) The relationship of trust between the Company and the User is otherwise deemed compromised.

4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service, including product photos and text ("Content"), is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, modification, or any secondary use of the Content is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Acts
Users shall not:

Engage in criminal or fraudulent activities.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

7. Changes to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or change these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Jurisdiction: For users outside of Quebec, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Quebec Residents: If you are a resident of Quebec, the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern these Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Service.
