Thank you for shopping at THE MANEKI. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Reporting Window: You must report any damages or errors within 7 days of delivery.

Process: Please email us at contact@plnx.co.jp with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

2. General Return Conditions
For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

Unused Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in all original packaging, including boxes, certificates of authenticity, and any protective materials.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale)
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged:

Custom or Made-to-Order items.

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Return Shipping & Fees
Shipping Costs: For returns not related to defects (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of high-value art pieces to cover inspection and re-packaging costs.

5. Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Most refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

At THE MANEKI, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. General Return Policy (Change of Mind)
For non-defective items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and pristine condition with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and tags intact.

Exclusions: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.

Personalized or custom-made art pieces.

Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Return Shipping & Handling
Customer Responsibility: For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable duties and taxes.

Tracking & Insurance: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for high-value traditional craft items to cover our quality inspection and re-certification process.

4. Refund Process
