Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Methods: Shipped via international carriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

Duties and Taxes: The customer is the "Importer of Record." All customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Schedule:

Standard items ship within the lead time specified on the product page.

Made-to-Order: Production takes approximately 1 to 3 months. Updates will be sent via email.

Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

Changes and Cancellations:

Address changes are only possible before shipment. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

Damages and Loss:

Responsibility for transit loss or damage rests with the carrier. However, we provide shipping insurance for our art pieces. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photo evidence of the item and packaging.
